A Private Company limited by shares is owned by shareholders (better known as subscribers ) with limited liability. As long as it remains private, its shares may not be offered to the general public, unlike those of a Public Limited Company.   Making The Right Financial Choice At one point or the other, you may have heard the opinion of people on what they feel is the right or best way to acquiring and handling wealth. An easy way would have been to inherit it from your Parent’s, but what if you didn’t? Even if you did, isn’t the right thing to do to make it grow? Like a plant, money can be sown, watered, fertilized and nurtured. When managed properly, it yields returns. It eventually grows to become a shade from the financial crisis affecting others.
